We have been present in Poland since 1994. We have opened over 50 temporary and permanent employment offices and on-site facilities - local representatives created close to our large clients, in nearly 30 cities across the territory of the country. Thanks to this expansion the employers and potential employees have easy access to our services. Adecco Poland is a member and one of the founders of the Polish HR Forum which brings together the largest companies providing HR services in Poland. Polish HR Forum (formerly Federation of Temporary Staffing Agencies) was established in 2002 by leading companies among employment agencies operating to the highest ethical standards. Polish HR Forum experts contribute to and provide an opinion on draft laws, participate in a tripartite committee, meet with representatives of public institutions in defending the interests of the sector. The President of the Polish HR Forum is Anna Wicha, Country Manager of Adecco Poland.
In 2011, Adecco Poland was awarded with the title "Pearl of Polish Economy" in the ranking of Polish companies prepared by an economic magazine Polish Market in cooperation with the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the category "Big Pearls". Ranking “the Pearls of Polish Economy" is considered the most objective barometer of the Polish economy. The statuettes and certificates are given every year to the most effective and most dynamically developing companies.
In 2010 and 2011 Adecco Poland took first place in the "Book of Lists” ranking of Warsaw Business Journal magazine in terms of Selection & Recruitment and Executive Search Services.
In 2005 and 2006, Adecco Poland received "Gazele Biznesu" award, thus joining the club of the most dynamically developing companies in Poland. We also received a gold emblem called "Laur Klienta" in 2005, 2006 and 2007 in the category of Human Resources, awarded by the Clients. According to them, Adecco is the most recognizable, reliable and professional company as well as it is worth recommending. In 2007, we have been awarded with Grand Prix and “Złoty Laur Klienta” for the third time.
