The program aims to help children finding themselves in difficult situations and to create better prospects for their future. The action is organized by Adecco all around the world. Through the sport activity of employees and customers of Adecco (running, biking) our company supports charity organizations.


  Polish HR Forum

The Association of the largest employment agencies in Poland. Promotion of high quality HR services and ethical standards for personnel consulting agencies.


Education First

World leader in the organization of foreign language courses invites all students to participate in the “Global Intern 2012” competition. Adecco Poland is HR partner of this project. The main prize is a three-month practice in three independently selected cities in the world, in which EF has its own language schools.

  Autokreacja

Program to support people of various social groups (youth, 50+, women over 35 years of age, migrants) who have been unemployed for a long time.


  European Management Assistants

Consulting and training in job search for office staff (secretaries, assistants, receptionists).


  UN Global Compact Network

The initiative joins companies that voluntarily agree to abide certain ethical framework while running the business, such as human rights, high standards of work, adherence to environmental regulations, and anticorruption. 


  Amnesty International

Cooperation in the recruitment of people for Amnesty International informative actions.


  TEB Edukacja

Training program for students after secondary school for successful job search, preparation of applications and interviews.


  Integracja

Support for Stowarzyszenie Integracja, whose mission is to improve the situation of people with disabilities and to promote equal opportunities and social inclusion.


  Business and Disability Network

The integration program for disabled people on the labor market. Training, counseling and job search assistance for the disabled.


  Athlete Career Programme

The program of professional athletes activation carried out jointly with the International Olympic Committee. Training and advice on integration into the labor market after their sporting career.


  ENAR Foundation

Support for the European Network Against Racism
- a program to combat racism in the workplace.
