Forecasts for this year's situation in the temporary employment sector are positive.
- Last year, information about the crisis restrained many of the clients decisions, they were very careful in terms of new investments and employment. Employers were keen to benefit from temporary work, what gave them a sense of security in the event of a sudden drop in economic activity. We have also observed preparation activities of international companies to invest in Poland.– says Grażyna Chmielowska, Sales Director Adecco Poland.
Legal regulations, such as extending the period of employment of temporary employees from 18 to 24 months could also improve the situation in the sector. For the temporary workers news aren' t so good. Studies conducted by Adecco shows that only IT sector is going to increase employment in 2012, other sectors will remain it at a level from last year, or will reduce it.
