Adecco Poland was awarded by the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the "Polish Market" magazine in the ninth edition of the ranking of the fastest growing and most effective Polish companies. Adecco, the world's leading company providing comprehensive services in the field of human capital management and human resource consulting, won the title of Pearl of a Polish Economy in the category of Big Pearls.
"Pearls of Polish Economy" is an annual ranking of Polish companies, whose revenues from overall economic activity during the year amounted to at least 100 million zlotys - Big Pearls or 1 billion zlotys - Large Pearls. A place in the ranking is decided by profitability, return on assets and equity and total debt ratio. For the last ten years the ranking methodology developed by researchers from INE PAN is the same. Pearls are chosen based on the algorithm developed by INE PAN and the data sent by the company. This means that the ranking is not created on the basis of subjective evaluations. The pearl of the Polish economy is considered a company that meets the minimum each of the seven sub-criteria of efficiency. The ranking, considered the most objective barometer of the Polish economy, researched about 2,000 companies.
- Pearls of Polish Economy are those companies which are characterized by high dynamics of development, liquidity and efficiency of work. Business criteria on which the ranking was made, testify about the condition of the company – it can not be a better recommendation, especially since we operate in a difficult economic situation where companies are more focused on improving the efficiency of work than employment growth - says Anna Wicha, Country Manager of Adecco Poland.
