Temporary work best paid in Mazowieckie

Adecco Poland has checked how much earned temporary workers hired through the company in 2011. World's leading provider of HR solutions,  has analysed hourly rates in all voivodeships.

The most earned  temporary workers from Mazowieckie voivodeship, where the average basic hourly wage was 17.42 zł. The last place took Lubuskie voivodeship with 10.89 zł per hour. The highest bonuses received temporary workers from Lubelskie voivodeship - 2.18 zł per hour. The average hourly wage of temporary workers in Poland amounted to 13.07 zł and the average premium 1.27 zł.

- Such a large disparity in income between the Mazovia region and other provinces is a result of the fact that in this voivodeship it is localized not only the capital of Poland, but also headquarters of foreign and domestic companies. That is why there is not only the high demand for seasonal workers, but also on "white collars" - qualified office personnel that has the highest hourly rate, which affects the statistics. Because Warsaw is the market with the biggest potential, we launched only in this city the Adecco Office, which specializes exclusively in hiring staff for this profile. Also, other temporary workers called "blue collars", earn the most in Mazovia - says Przemysław Osuch, Business Development Director, Adecco Poland.

- Temporary work is becoming more profitable form of employment for employees and employers. It is an attractive alternative to permanent work - not only because of the flexibility, availability and adequacy to the employees and employers needs, but also because of the increasing earnings - summarizes Przemysław Osuch.
