How does the recruitment process look like?
During the recruitment process we act as a link between employers and candidates. Our task is to find people who will suit most requirements specified by the customer. If your qualifications meet these expectations, our consultant will invite you to a meeting. During the interview you may be asked to complete a personality, competence, skill or language test, depending on the position which you apply for. Then, on the basis of a conversation and test results the consultant will recommend the selected candidates to the Client.
After the selection a client hires the candidate directly in his company.
