Opis klienta:

For our customer, humanitarian organization we are looking to candidates


Zakres odpowiedzialności:


  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Finance & Administration department
  • Updates and retrieves data in/from specialized tools and databases (leases)
  • Creates and maintains paper or electronic files up to date
  • Follows-up on specific processes, purchases and maintenance in residences and office
  • Drafts and finalizes correspondence, bordereaux, reporting and shares information among users
  • Ensures translation (Polish to English) of invoices other ICRC documents is correct
  • Carries out secretarial tasks such as making photocopies, scanning, destroying documents and managing stationery stocks


Profil kandydata:


  • 1-2 years of working experience in a similar field
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
