For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant to the HR department


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Organizational and administrative support in selection processes (verification of eligibility, scheduling of meetings, preparation of various documents, reports);
  • Support in pre-boarding procedures (preparation of DMS applications for access cards and IT equipment, arranging medical examinations, communication with candidates);
  • Assist in the preparation of statistical data (tables, charts, graphs);
  • Providing assistance in preparing, executing and monitoring contracts
  • copying/scanning of documents


Profil kandydata:

  • University degree in HR, administration or finance;
  • Experience in a position in the HR department
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • English language level min. B2
