Opis klienta:
For our Client, European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for
Administrative Assistant in European Centre for Returns / Pre-Return Unit
Zakres odpowiedzialności:
- launch Call for Project Proposals, compiling Project Proposals, maintaining updated the relevant Project site, organising required consultation meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- assist in the development of the Business Case for VC for identification, undertake all admin and logistical matters for the organisation of meetings with MS and internal stakeholders;
- assist in the development of business documentation;
- drafting invitations and manage all logistical arrangements for the organisation of a new forum on TC cooperation;
- drafting invitations and manage all logistical arrangements for the organisation of Workshops/meetings
- assist in maintaining of Newsletter, IRMA workspaces related to TC cooperation and other INTCOR documentation up to date.
Profil kandydata:
- successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs
- at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs.
- very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
