Opis klienta:

For our Client, European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for


Administrative Assistant in Financial, Digital and Security Division / Financial, Digital and Security Division Coordination Office


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Ensure administrative support in administrative procedures;
  • Co-ordinate the document flow and assist in document management;
  •  Draft notes, letters, reports and follow up;
  • Carry out data entry and support an administration of electronic databases;
  • Organise and assist during meetings, draft minutes where necessary;
  • Assist with daily correspondence;
  • Assist with preparation and follow up of financial documents;
  • Provide assistance in preparation, implementation and monitoring of CFDS tasks;
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as copying, scanning, etc.;
  • Assist in the organisation of online and physical meetings and drafting minutes as necessary;
  • Assist in arranging missions, flights’ bookings and agenda management;


Profil kandydata:

  • successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs
  • at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs.
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
