For our client, automotive factory in Gliwice, we’re currently looking for candidates for the position:


Business Support Analyst with English and French

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

What we offer:

        temporary employment contract for one year,

        possibility of remote work (70% remotely, about 30% in the office in Gliwice)

What will your tasks be:

        completing and maintaining the missing project documentation of marketing campaigns,

        contact with dealers regarding missing documentation of marketing campaigns (telephone, e-mail, via our software)

        handling of dealers' claims,

        close cooperation with other teams, including the sales team (internationally),

        close cooperation with the Audit Team,

        cooperation with the financial department in case of any problems,

        cooperation with system owners in order to properly implement system changes,

        monthly reporting,

        smooth and solid communication with all clients,

        participation in the team's ad hoc activities.

Profil kandydata:

What do we expect:

        good knowledge of a chosen language, spoken and written,

        knowledge of English and French (a must skill),

        analytical skills, meticulousness,

        experience in customer service (much appreciated),

        openness, kindness, cooperation and communication skills,

        computer skills (MS Office)

        experience in communication in the indicated language,

        experience in the area of ​​finance or marketing will be an asset
