Currently, we are searching for Candidates for our Client – Leader in the transportation and delivery industry, providing innovative solutions to connect people and services efficiently.
Zakres odpowiedzialności:
Your responsibilities:
- Provide high quality virtual customer support through ticket systems (chat and email) and possibly phone
- Resolve low to medium complexity customer issues by following established procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism when addressing customer concerns.
- Conduct root cause analyses when necessary and present findings.
- Operate within a stable and well-defined line of business with clear, documented procedures.
Profil kandydata:
Employer requirements:
- Proficiency in Slovenian at a C1+ level and in English at a B2+ level.
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels, including chat, phone, and in-app messaging.
- Preferred 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in person or contact centre environment
