Currently, we are searching for Candidates for our Client – Leader in the transportation and delivery industry, providing innovative solutions to connect people and services efficiently.


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality virtual customer support through ticket systems (chat and email) and possibly phone
  • Resolve low to medium complexity customer issues by following established procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism when addressing customer concerns.
  • Conduct root cause analyses when necessary and present findings.
  • Operate within a stable and well-defined line of business with clear, documented procedures.


Profil kandydata:

Employer requirements:

  • Proficiency in Slovenian at a C1+ level and in English at a B2+ level.
  • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels, including chat, phone, and in-app messaging.
  • Preferred 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in person or contact centre environment
