Currently, for our Client, new plant in Bochnia, we are seeking for a position:


We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Person to spearhead a new direct sales of tipping trailers in the polish market. This job is special because it needs someone who knows how to sell things, advertise online, and understand a little bit about technical stuff. The perfect person will help us get started in this new place and make friends with new and old customers. Eventually, we expect that person to manage a 2-5 people sales team.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

·      Plan and do things to make sure the new branch gets noticed in the area.

·      Use digital (e.g. Facebook, email, Google) to find new customers and tell them about the products.

·      Find new chances to sell the products by talking to people and making deals with other businesses.

·      Collaborate with our marketing team in Belgium to make advertisements like brochures and ads.

·      Talk to potential customers and show them how our products can help them.

·      Help the technical team understand what customers need and explain it in a way they can fix it.

·      Learn about what other companies are doing and find ways for us to do better. 

Profil kandydata:

·      Have experience selling things and be good at meeting sales goals.

·      Know how to use the internet to tell people about our products.

·      Understand some technical stuff or be willing to learn.

·      Be good at solving problems and talking to people.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

·      Be willing to business travel occasionally.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.

·      Polish as a native language. English as a good second language where speaking and understanding is not an issue.
