Zakres odpowiedzialności:
Your responsibilities
- Take and fill customer requests outside office hours regarding scheduling issues in accordance with agreed KPIs / SLAs as agreed upon per customer.
- Taking and handling questions and comments from employees outside office hours regarding scheduling issues.
- Responsible for professional correspondence and contact moments towards clients, employees and industries regarding scheduling issues outside office hours.
- Processing mutations in applicable (scheduling) systems.
- Responsible for scheduling temporary employees (upon request) based on skills and availability.
Our requirements
- Preferably experience in the service industry, where telephone customer contact is applicable.
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English language - spoken and writing is a must.
- Good knowledge of the Polish language spoken and writing.
- Internal training in accordance with Adecco Academy.
- Affinity and experience in scheduling and in a customer contact environment is a plus.

About the role
- The Employee Support Consultant is responsible for taking and completing customer requests outside office hours regarding scheduling issues. In addition, responsible for taking and handling questions and comments from employees outside office hours related to scheduling issues and 1st line taking and processing absence reports.
- Work type: Part time
- Working hours: Saturday + Sunday 15:00-00:30
- Remote role, however it will be necessary to come to our office in Opole for 3-4 days for onboarding & training

RESULT AREAS
Administrative process
- Ensures accurate processing of planning requests and contact moments with customers and employees in the various (planning) systems. Also ensures an accurate transfer to the branch. Acts in accordance with the applicable customer agreements and processing of administrative tasks (FAQ). Processes absence requests for follow-up by the Absence center.
Customer satisfaction and cooperation
- Ensures optimal internal and external customer satisfaction and cooperation with the branches, customers and employees.
Planning
- Ensures planning is in accordance with agreed KPIs / SLAs and any changes from customer request, employee request or illness. In addition maximum planning in special situations in consultation with the client.
