Zakres odpowiedzialności:

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and email-inbox management
  • Travel organization
  • Expense and invoice processing
  • Office management
  • Organizing team meetings, offsites, events, onboarding of new employees
  • Being responsible for HR related confidential projects


Profil kandydata:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • English min. B2
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills enable you to multitask and collaborate with people across various locations
