Client Description:

  • Project in the banking sector
  • Work mode: Hybrid in Warsaw (3 times per week from office)
  • B2B contract
  • Salary: Up to 100 PLN net + VAT / h


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a wide range of tools available within Command Center Operations to optimize daily workflows.
  • Monitor all Command Center workflows and processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide input and recommendations to management on automation upgrades and workflow optimization strategies.
  • Maintain a forward-thinking, analytical approach to operations, ensuring that current business processes are continually reviewed and enhanced.
  • Compare existing operational practices to desired future states, with the goal of exceeding company objectives and improving service delivery.
  • Provide critical support during major incidents by ensuring that protocols are followed and by contributing to the resolution process as required.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability to critically analyze current operational processes and compare them to future operational needs.
  • Experience with Command Center tools and technology, including automation and workflow management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams including Tier II, Tier III, SME, and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Command Center operating procedures, incident management, and support protocols.
  • Understanding of best practices in service management and operational efficiency.
  • Very good command of English (at least at B2 level)
