Zakres odpowiedzialności:
· We understand the importance of long lasting relationships with candidates, so your skills will be crucial in building and maintaining these relationships.
· As a Recruitment Specialist, you will conduct behavioral and competency interviews. Additionally, you will independently handle recruitment and selection processes for lower and mid-level positions (end-to-end recruitment process).
· You will draft and post job advertisements.
· We are always moving forward and we use new and innovative tools, which you'll get to use too. You'll use them to build, grow, and update our candidate database.
· We are always looking to attract new and interesting candidates, and your dedication will be invaluable in this area. You will be responsible for implementing recruitment processes and procedures that are encouraging for our candidates.

Profil kandydata:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for white-collar positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Skills in sourcing candidates (Direct Search etc.)
- Excellent command of the English language (minimum C1 level) and German (min. B2 level)
