Responsibilities:

As Senior Back-End engineer you will be putting the latest technologies to use, delivering state of the art solutions to our customers. You will help design, build and run features from inception to production.


Candidate Profile:

Your technical skills should include:

·      Experience working in an agile, dynamic and customer facing environment

·      5+ years of using a JVM language (Java/Scala/Kotlin, preferably Java 8+)

·      Distributed systems and microservices architecture

·      Relational databases

·      Experience in all the stages of software development lifecycle

·      A solid approach to writing unit level tests using mocking frameworks, automating component, integration and end-to-end tests

 

Experience with the below will give you an advantage:

·      Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

·      Dependency injection frameworks (Spring / Spring Boot, etc.)

·      Security frameworks / standards

·      Data streaming and messaging frameworks (Kafka, Spark, etc.)

·      Distributed tracing and monitoring (Zipkin, OpenTracing, Prometheus, ELK stack, Micrometer metrics, etc.)

·      Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.)

·      Automating deployment, releases and testing in continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines
