Opis klienta:

We recruit for Our Client for the Logistics industry

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Supporting NEE entities in contract negotiations, including reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, supplier contracts and other general commercial contract terms,
  • Maintaining and preparing the corporate legal documentation and records and reporting on the compliance process to the parent structures of the group,
  • Providing various training courses related to corporate policies and legal aspects,
  • Initiating and monitoring to ensure compliance of the company activities with current regulations and standards of the group and collaborating with other departments to identify, investigate and resolve compliance issues.
  • Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk within NEE and assisting compliance team with development of preventative and corrective action plans related to compliance risks and failures,
  • Responding to alleged violations of policies, procedures and standards of conduct by evaluating conduct and recommending corrective action.
  • Handling insurance claims and managing litigations,
  • Performing other duties as assigned (provision of assistance to the Head of Legal NEE where required),
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation,
  • Conduct work with integrity and responsibility

Profil kandydata:

  • Legal background with 5 years working experience in law firm or as an in-house legal counsel;
  • Poland Bar Exam qualified with an up-to-date practising certificate
  • Fluency in English is required. Language skills advantageous (German etc.);
  • Thorough understanding or experience drafting and negotiating agreements is desired;
  • Have experience of both working effectively in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters;
  • Have proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients;
  • Be highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for work requirements and client needs;
  • Have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks and to consistently meet deadlines;
  • Have a calm and measured approach to problem solving;
  • Have a flexible positive attitude towards work.
