Profil kandydata:

Required technical skillset:


  • 5+ years of experience working in a software development and/or application/systems integration environment.
  • SAFE (Scaled Agile) Trained or Certified is mandatory for all
  • Should have been involved atleast in 1 or 2 in Mainframe Modernization projects to Cloud
  • Mainframe: PL/1 (must), IMS, JCL, assembler, DB2, etc


Nice to have:


  • 2+ years of experience working as a team lead, demonstrating the ability to manage the application lifecycle, development, and/or project management
  • Strong understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) patterns and practices
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework methodology, and ideally, experience working on cross-functional deliveries within a SAFe environment
  • Agile and innovative individuals, who can manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold and strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment
  • Solid knowledge of technical architecture, virtualized, Cloud-native, and SaaS implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated in complex, dynamic organizations
  • Experience with application development trends, methodologies (agile, product/platform teams), as well as continuous delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey both technical and business concepts effectively
  • Outcome-focused, critical thinkers with the ability to analyze and visualize, ensuring continuous improvement across the entire business
