Marketing Operations and Intelligence Senior Specialist

Opis klienta:

We are recruiting for our client leadership software for the Marketing Operations and Intelligence Senior Specialist position.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Driving, coordinating, and consolidating marketing planning & budgeting across countries belonging to CEE MU

• Market & customer data Insights exploring and delivery for better plans and target group definition 

• Marketing costs reporting and forecasting 

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing and business performance indicators (KPIs), 

• Deep understanding of marketing goals, demand funnel and processes, and performance measurement framework with the ability to deep dive into potential gaps

• Providing analytics and recommendations for marketing programs' effectiveness (incl. ROI) to back Marketing decisions, 

• Developing periodical and ad hoc analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions on particular markets, together with conclusions and recommendations,

• Delivering insightful overview of the CEE Marketing performance for Team and Stakeholders 

• Triggering ongoing actions supporting marketing execution funnel hygienics  

• You will be working with relevant stakeholders – marketing leads in the countries, regional marketing, telemarketing, and (tele)-sales to make sure key metrics for the success of CEE Marketing across programs and engines

Profil kandydata:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role,

• University degree – preferably Finance, Economy, Mathematics, Statistics

• Attention to detail, analytical mindset

• Knowledge of recognized statistical software (Power BI),

• Knowledge of English at C1 level,

• Excellent MS Excel skills, PowerPoint

• Willingness and ability to learn and develop,

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills,

• Orientation on improving processes and analytical skills
