Opis klienta:
For our IT client, we are looking for people to join the position of Media Account Specialist.
Zakres odpowiedzialności:
- Contribute to meeting customer business objectives and marketing objectives and developing incremental investment.
- Support outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers, with some guidance from the manager or senior team members.
- Implement campaign solutions, identify account opportunities, and scale solutions.
- Select appropriate approaches from clear options to address challenges.
- Apply standard/common tools, resources, and processes to advertisers' defined problems, and unlock opportunities with magnitude beyond.
- Analyze trends and identify new strategies with magnitude beyond.
- Work in a team setting by sharing knowledge when relevant to the task.
- Develop working relationships outside the team to contribute to cross-project collaborations.
- Interface and engage with customers, developing effective relationships.
- Communicate with partners and stakeholders, handling objections offering alternative solutions, and seeking guidance from managers when there is friction.
- Follow direction on timing, goals, and objectives within a set of media strategies.
- Possess a foundational understanding of digital advertising and in-depth expertise of the supported product with an awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance.
- Start to acquire an understanding of relevant wide programs, technologies, and methods.
- Build essential knowledge about digital marketing/advertising, competitor offerings, and Industry verticals and stay current in the advertising environment and competitive landscape through required training and other resources.
- Collaborate with in-market cross-functional teams (e.g., GBO Sales, GTM, GTech)
- Develop growth plans for large advertisers through collaboration with industry managers from market cross-functional teams (e.g., GBO sales, GTM, GTech)with some guidance.
- Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with in-market sales teams to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers with some guidance.
- Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, and provide data-driven tactical recommendations to customers and leadership based on analyses.
- Leverage the support ecosystem and contribute and identify relevant opportunities to bring efficiency through memorization and automation for a customer in terms of different levers including digital maturity, sophistication, overall marketing and product mix (e.g., only search vs. multichannel diversity), and attribution of value with some guidance.
- Manage account growth and performance through campaign solutions implementation across product areas (e.g., Search, Display, YouTube), driving customer success and investment in product areas.
- Support the first points of contact for new business customers around all key areas (e.g., training, product enhancement, global/regional campaigns). Support cross-functional efforts to identify, escalate, and solve customer issues with some guidance.
- Make contributions to sharing and scaling of successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate (e.g., case studies, industry events, training contributions).
Profil kandydata:
- Knowledge of English at the C1 level
- Knowledge of German at the B2 level
- Knowledge of the customer's organization, industry, competition, and end customers.
- Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position the value, services, and solutions to create competitive advantage.
- Knowledge of the general digital advertising ecosystem, players, and offerings, including the programmatic landscape.
- Understanding of the full range of Google products, with the ability to coach team members on how to implement and optimize them.
- In-depth knowledge of both online and offline advertising solutions and the media landscape. Understanding of the advertising agency landscape.
- Knowledge of the changing landscape of the industry, product areas, other key players, and/or markets including technology trends and issues that affect the operations of one's business and organization.
- Ability to manage and execute operational processes, including adherence to documented procedures, definition of SLAs, definition of location and timezone strategy, capacity planning, quality control, and oversight of outsourcing partners.
- Ability to discover opportunities to deliver expanded customer value by effectively managing the pipeline throughout the entire sales/customer lifecycle.
- Ability to use knowledge of the customer's buying cycle and competitors' offerings to position and drive the business to the next level.
- Ability to create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of expectations and agreed objectives. Including building trust, collaborative relationships, and rapport with different functional stakeholders.
