Opis klienta:

For our customer, global investment bank we are looking for candidates.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Collecting and calculating payroll information for both salaried and hourly employees across all European locations
  • Preparing the accounting of salaries, wages, commissions and incentive payments
  • Confirming the accuracy of time sheets and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing standard withholdings and deductions from gross pay amounts. Auditing pay checks, benefits adjustments, special bonus awards and commissions and ensuring they are accurately processed
  • Balancing payroll records and preparing tax payments, as required 

Profil kandydata:

  • Payroll experience min. 2-3 years
  • Very good English skills (B2+ level)
  • Excel knowledge
  • Multitasking skills
  • Strong orientation on results
  • Experience in payroll for UK, Ireland, Luxembourg or Polish will be an asset
  • Payroll certifications or courses will be an asset
