Opis klienta:
For our customer, global investment bank we are looking for candidates.
Zakres odpowiedzialności:
- Collecting and calculating payroll information for both salaried and hourly employees across all European locations
- Preparing the accounting of salaries, wages, commissions and incentive payments
- Confirming the accuracy of time sheets and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Preparing standard withholdings and deductions from gross pay amounts. Auditing pay checks, benefits adjustments, special bonus awards and commissions and ensuring they are accurately processed
- Balancing payroll records and preparing tax payments, as required
Profil kandydata:
- Payroll experience min. 2-3 years
- Very good English skills (B2+ level)
- Excel knowledge
- Multitasking skills
- Strong orientation on results
- Experience in payroll for UK, Ireland, Luxembourg or Polish will be an asset
- Payroll certifications or courses will be an asset
