Opis klienta:

Your responsibilites:

  • Conduct 1st class Technical Pre and Post Solutions related consultative support to Major Accounts
  • Support on positioning and presenting the more complex technical elements of product offerings. 
  • Work with the sales teams to support the winning and maintaining of business to large account customers (include supporting proposals, tender responses and presentations )
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of the whole Client’s portfolio via regular interactions with other divisions pre-sales and post-sales teams.
  • Provide Client’s customers, prospects and resellers with quality Solutions related technical pre-sales support to help resolve any technical issues that may arise
  • Be the principle lead point of contact (Technical Account Manager) for agreed accounts and prospects, dealing with both the technical positioning of products and overseeing any technical issues through to resolution   
  • Attend trade shows and fairs to support promotion, demonstration and evangelizing of Client’s products solutions
  • Contribute to the roadmap process by providing technical market requirements input

Profil kandydata:

Your profile:

  • HTS Electronics (Bachelor ENG or ICT degree) or equivalent working experience with an interest in digital technologies and supplemented with a computer technology course.
  • Technical dexterity is required, proven abilities or qualifications in one or more of the following: VMWare and Citrix endpoint and security; Azure and InTune/M365 fundamentals and security; Networking and security; OS/SW images deployment strategies; Linux
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred and educational skills in product management or technical management in the ICT sector
  • Excellent communicative skills and a good team player.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in dealing with customers (wholesalers, retailers, distributors, end customers)
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English language, written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
