Opis klienta:

For our Client the fastest-growing FMCG company in the country with

exceptional quality of the products and the unparalleled loyalty of consumers to the company's brands we are looking for Sales Manager Adhesives


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

Min. 5 years’ experience in Sales & 3 min. years of experience in DIY sector

3 key resposibilities


        Customer Management:

·      Winning and managing both new and existing clients, primarily within the DIY sector (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI, etc.), is the cornerstone of this role.

·      Building strong, enduring relationships with clients is pivotal. This involves an in-depth understanding of their needs and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

·      Works in cooperation with distributors, participates in customer meetings and exploits sales opportunities

·      Motivates and monitors team and distributors’ performance


Business development

·      Identify and target fresh clients and markets, with a special emphasis on expanding the reach of these strong international brands in the local market.

·      Develop and implement strategies for brand expansion, market entry, and establishment in new spaces.

·      Actively pursue and establish relationships with prospective clients and distributors, ensuring a robust network.

·      Collaborate closely with global category teams and Bolton Group to define and align international brand strategies

 

 Marketing / Below the line activities

·  Cooperates with customers in the preparation of main events with the trade

·       Assures optimal implementation of in store activities and availability of pop material: floor stands, shelf displayers, flexi shelves, gadgetss

·     Cooperate with marketing on all parts of marketing mix

·  Cooperate on a new product launches/relaunches on all marketing mix

·      Prepares launch and relaunch plans
