Opis klienta:

For our client an international company in the industrial sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of: Salesforce Analyst


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to technical and functional design. Provide expertise to business process owners, operation support, or project teams.
  • Support Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services 
  • Cooperate with Solution Architects to ensure the consistent design of the Salesforce Platform
  • Cooperate with the Service Owner to ensure the quality and stability of Pardot Solution and Lead Management
  • Collect, document, and review business requirements from Business owners 
  • Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency, and continual engagement
  • Understand the customer journey and business value realization
  • Define solutions fulfilling customer requirements, ensuring leverage of best practices
  • Ensure functional specification from project teams supports an overall solution design 
  • Lead continuous development and innovation of solutions to enable increased solution value realization in the Marketing Automation area.


Profil kandydata:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT 
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development or Business Analysis
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional or Business analyst
  • Experience with Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a must  
  • Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development teams spread around the world 
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices
  • Customer-focused problem-solving skills communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Salesforce certification, at least Administrator 
  • Fluent English
  • Sales Cloud certifications – nice to have
