Opis klienta:

We are looking for candidates for our client, an international company from the services sector

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• IT support for users in the Windows 10 environment (Office365, Bitlocker);

• Administration of the VPN network;

• Identifying and solving technical problems network devices, printers and shared drives;

• IT equipment management;

• Configuration of equipment and access for new employees;

• Support in building and developing business tools (reports, macros);

• Identifying and solving technical problems in business tools (reports, macros);

• Reporting of operational indicators.

Profil kandydata:

• English at least B2
• Experience and knowledge at L2 level
• basic knowlage about Help Desk, ServiceDesk
• secondary education
