„Henry Ford once hired a labour productivity expert to assess his company. After few weeks, the expert returned to Ford. His opinion was extraordinarily favorable, except for one weakness. „It's this man over there”, the expert complained, „when I walk through his office, I see him resting his legs on the desk and taking a nap. He is wasting your money, Mr. Ford.” „Oh, this man”, Ford replied, „He once had an idea, which saved us millions of dollars. And his legs were exactly in the same position as they are now.”
~ Henry Ford
We value innovation, proactivity, initiative, independence and continuous self-improvement. Perhaps this is why Ford decided to cooperate with our company.

I am qualified as a psychologist. Life has shown that I have what it takes to be a good recruiter. I have been connected to Adecco Poland since 2013.
I started to pursue my career path from being an intern and trainee. Today, I handle permanent recruitment projects for the company's Clients. Over the past years, Adecco has afforded me the opportunity to develop and gather interesting professional experience.
I like working at Adecco because of the diversity of daily challenges and candidates’ happy faces when I help them find a dream job.
Adecco Poland is a place for those who do not shy away from professional challenges, focus on development and value training opportunities created by the employer.
Another strong point of Adecco is the good ambiance created by wonderful and inspiring people. They have taught me a lot and have always been open to forge relationships that continue for years.

Marta has been on board for 3 years.
I have been with Adecco for 3 years with a six-month break at Erasmus in Portugal. I started as a receptionist at the Warsaw HQ, which was a major challenge for such a young person as me.
Back in Portugal, I already knew that I wanted to return to Adecco and try my hand at recruiting. For me, the people are the greatest value of this company. Every day I have a chance to liaise with colleagues from other cities and regions and from multiple functions. We can grow together and share experience. Thanks to such programmes as Exchange Experience, I was invited to check out what it is like to work in different Adecco offices.
I am currently working as a Recruitment Specialist in one of our Warsaw offices. I am responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment at all possible levels.
I am an optimist who is realistic about the world around me. My passion is short and long-distance travelling. Every year I try to see a place that I have never seen before.
I am also keen on hitch-hiking. Back in May, I participated in a hitch-hiking race to Croatia and even set a new record: I reached my destination within

International Recruitment Specialist
I work for Adecco for over 2 years. Over this time, I have not had a single boring day at work!
My daily routine covers recruitment and selection of candidates in international projects.
Adecco means tremendous opportunities, such as meeting people from different regions, industries, specialisations or interests. So, you end up with a whole lot of different acquaintances!
Another advantage, apart from great people, is also development through: training, sharing knowledge, learning from others, webinars, e-learning, participation in new projects, continuous improvement of competence, and an increasing knowledge base.
Whenever I leave my desk, I grab a good book or learn languages: now, I am studying Swedish, then moving on to Spanish!
Meanwhile, I am learning about Scandinavian culture, and recently I have been contributing my cycle miles to Win4Youth because helping others is part of our corporate DNA.

People, passion, commitment, teamwork, relationship-building, sharing positive energy, mutual support, creating something new together, improvements, working for others, sharing knowledge and experiences: because we can do more together.
Over the last 10 years, Adecco has changed almost beyond recognition, but, as Agnieszka puts it, people have remained the first priority.
I started my career with internship. Thanks to what Adecco has given me, I have had the opportunity to address new professional challenges. Work is my passion.

Natalia has been on board for three years. Now, she is recruiting for several global corporations seated in Wrocław. As one of the faces of #TwarzeAdecco, she points to people as the most important asset of the company.
The most important thing at work, she says, is that her effort can make candidates who land a dream job genuinely happy and grateful. Gabriela is a record holder at Adecco: she has been with us for 12 years. She is a living example that #Adecco works like a magnet!
Gabriela has worked in various functions and has covered an extensive career path at Adecco: from
a small office manager, office director in dispersed locations with 15 people on her team, up to today’s position where she assists and instructs her colleagues how to enhance recruitment projects in south Poland (27 offices and about 60 recruitment specialists). She uses her knowledge to help out anybody who needs it: managers, recruitment specialists, or trainees. She was also awarded our most prestigious corporate prize: the Employee of the Quarter (awarded by other employees).
After 12 years, Gabriela keeps emphasising that for her, as for Adecco, the employees are the greatest asset.
I have been with Adecco for 12 years. For 10 years, I was in charge of the Bielsko-Biała branch as a manager and later the branch director. For the last two years, I have been leading the recruitment services.

CEO for 1 Month is a part of the global project of Adecco Group „Way to Work”. We have been implementing this initiative for years in 48 countries simultaneously.
A person like this gets a chance to be our CEO!
For one month, this person accompanies the present CEO during all meetings and tasks, getting to know the secrets of work at the highest level of the corporation and making decisions, together with the CEO, which are crucial for the organization. But this is not all!
During this monthly internship, the CEO for 1 Month receives a quite nice allowance from us - 20 thousand zlotys!
In addition, 10 of the best CEOs from selected countries get a chance to become a CEO for another month - this time at the global level!
Like in many other countries, after one month of hard work, our CEOs have stayed with us for good.
NPS Manager, Adecco
Maciej Rybinski, CEO of year 2016. After his month as a CEO, he decided to stay with us, too.
„Challenges faced by the president of Adecco turned out to be more difficult than I had expected, but at the same time, their diversity and dynamics of this work gave me a great satisfaction and motivation to give 100% of my efforts every day.”
Privately, he is a graduate of bachelor studies in economy and now in the course of his masters studies in Psychology in management.
Maciej, who once was our CEO, never complains of boredom.
„Working for Adecco, I have no time to get bored, because the company is known for its unconventional approach - CEO1Month is just one example. In my everyday work, I cooperate with the Offices, improving the quality of our services. At the same time, I have coordinated the project of recruitment of Volunteers for the European Volleyball Championship in 5 cities.”
Maciej started his professional career early - immediately after his bachelor studies. He cares most not about money, but about getting experience.
„As my adventure on the labor market has started recently, I want to acquire experience - therefore, working with professional managers, within a big organizational structure, is invaluable to me.
Besides, the atmosphere at work contributes to achievement of good results.”
What does Adecco have to offer to Maciej?
„Adecco gives me two crucial things - interesting tasks and relations with experienced people. Thanks to this combination, every ambitious person feels in place here.”
If you feel comfortable engaging in various projects, if you are not afraid of challenges and you like to work with different people, you will fit into the team of Adecco!
Master of Economics in the International Environment and Bachelor of Engineering of Production. This year’s CEO.
Like many CEOs, not only in Poland, Mateusz stayed with us.
Mateusz's adventure as a CEO started at the beginning of June, and during the project, he had the opportunity to visit virtually all of our Offices in Poland - from Katowice to Gdansk.
To Mateusz, the most important experience was the fact that despite its size, Adecco turned out to be different from a typical corporation, in which every employee is just a small cog in the machine - here, everyone, even a trainee and a recruiter can really influence the functioning of the entire organization.
At present, Mateusz is the Project Coordinator at the Candidate Experience Management department.
„Imagine you are climbing, and once you get to the top (although the view is superb), it turns out that this is just the beginning of your route - such was my first day as the CEO of Adecco Poland. After a month, I felt I had reached the orbit!
As the Project Coordinator, I am able to see and get familiar with correlations between departments and grasp the nature of cooperation of different components. What is more, I can influence them and modify them!”
Most of all, at Adecco, there is space for a change. Nobody (and especially not Anna, our CEO), has imposed a status quo upon our company, our procedures are not scary, and there is always a place to propose something new, more effective, modern, efficient or simply.... finer. Adecco listens to you!
Do not wait, join us today!
Anna, our present CEO, has been with Adecco Poland for the longest time.
She started as early as in year 2000, when Adecco was starting in Poland - at first, she was a HR Service Sales Consultant.
In 2005, Anna was promoted to the position of a Sales Director, and two years later, she became the General Director of Adecco Poland; since 2014, she has also been responsible for all of Adecco's strategic tasks in Romania!
She was one of the few persons in Adecco to develop her professional career so fast!
Anna's career does not end with Adecco - she is also a President of the Polish HR Forum, associating the biggest Recruitment Agencies, and she is a Member of the Management Board of the World Employment Confederation - the global equivalent of the PFHR.
A real #OneWomanBand! And yet another example of how #AdeccoDrawsYouIn!
At present, Anna participates actively in the life of Adecco. Although her home town is located in Silesia, she often visits the head office of Adecco in Warsaw. Despite her prominent position, the door to her office is always open - anyone, who has a question or needs help can come in.
Privately, Anna likes to play tennis, and thanks to her strong backhand, she rarely loses!
Being active in sports, Anna has got used to working consistently to achieve her objectives.
Another of Anna’s passions are puzzles - she puts together 1000 or 1500 pieces in no time!
